​Hi I'm Laura Kay the Fashion illustrator, dreamer and fashion lover behind Diary Sketches. 

My Work Includes Custom Portraits, Fashion Illustration And Live Illustrating At Events. 
I Am Located In The NYC / NJ Area. 

My passion for art and fashion practically started at birth and only continues to grow stronger...

​I spent much of my childhood holed up in my room drawing, dreaming and copying pages of fashion magazines and catalogs :) 
It was never a matter of if I would become a fashion illustrator, but rather a when.

My self expression is through my art, it was, and is my diary, hence the name "Diary Sketches" was born.

I truly hope to inspire and delight with my fun  illustrations and make the world a
more fashionable place.
